By bus to the Pile Dwelling Museum:

From all the lakeside communities between Friedrichshafen and Überlingen: Lines 7395 and 100 to “Unteruhldingen, Meersburger Straße” (H1).

From Affenberg Salem line 100 (EchtBodensee Bus) to “Unteruhldingen, Meersburger Straße” (H1). Also line 7399 to “Unteruhldingen, Hafen/Pfahlbauten” (H2).

From Uhldingen-Mühlhofen train station, lines 7383 (ErlebnisBus 2), 7399 (ErlebnisBus 1) and 100 (EchtBodensee Bus) to “Unteruhldingen, Hafen/Pfahlbauten” (H2).

You can get the next bus connection very reliably on www.bahn.de or by using the app DB-Navigator with the destination entry “Unteruhldingen, Meersburger Straße” (H1).

Baden-Württemberg Ticket, Germany Ticket, bodo Tickets, Lake Constance Train-Bus-Ship Ticket and EchtBodensee Card are valid on all lines.

The “Seelinie 7395” bus runs all year round and connects the shore towns and the larger train stations in the district every 15 minutes.
The exit point is “Meersburger Straße” (H1) in Unteruhldingen.

The Deutsche Bahn has its nearest train station “Uhldingen-Mühlhofen” in Oberuhldingen.
For long-distance travelers, Überlingen or Friedrichshafen and changing to the Seelinie 7395 bus are also an option.

The Flixbus comes from Zurich, Freiburg, Memmingen and Munich and stops in the neighboring towns of Meersburg or Überlingen. There you can change to the Seelinie 7395.

The Erlebnisbus line 7399 and line 7383 connect the main attractions in the immediate area during the season. The exit point is “Hafen/Pfahlbauten” (H2).

There is space for your busin the public parking lot P1:

Special entry permits to the chapel of Unteruhldingen are available for people with disabilities or walking difficulties.

The museum can be reached following the bicycle path signs.

The Lake Constance hiking trail also leads directly past the museum.
The yellow signs lead to Unteruhldingen.
While in town, red signs show the way to the museum.
