Instruction to right to revocation (for private consumers only) The buyer can revoke the contract within two (2) weeks in writing (e.g. by letter, email, fax etc.) without giving reasons or by returning of the goods. The revocation period for the contract concluded with us by ordering goods, shall commence at the earliest on receipt of a separately sent written instruction of revocation. Revocation shall be considered timely if the declaration of revocation or the goods are dispatched within the period of revocation. The declaration of revocation must be addressed to: Pfahlbaumuseum Unteruhldingen "Revocation" Strandpromenade 6 D-88690 Uhldingen-Mühlhofen or via E-Mail at: mail(at)pfahlbauten.de or via Fax at: 0049 (0) 7556 5886 Important Information: Freight for returned goods must be prepaid. Goods sent freight collect will not be accepted. Right for revocation does not apply to goods specially produced, ordered or supplied may not be returned. Consequences of revocation: In the event of an effective revocation, either party shall be obliged to return any performance received and compensate the other for any benefits derived (e.g. amenity of use). If the goods are returned, in whole or in part, to return the goods received, or only able to return them in deteriorated condition, you shall be obliged to provide compensation for the loss in value. This shall not apply if the deteriorated condition of the goods is attributable to testing as it might have been performed at a retail shop. You can avoid the obligation to provide compensation for the loss in value by not taking the goods into use as if they were your own and by refraining from any action, which would impair their value. For delivered goods with an order value not exceeding € 40.00, or in they case of goods of a higher value, if you have not paid the goods in full or an agreed part there of at the point of revocation. Procedure for return deliveries If you would like to exercise your right to revocation, following are instructions how to proceed: a) For goods up to 20 kg that can be send by postal service, the timely request for a return label (Freeway label) will be sufficient to exercise your right to revocation. Please contact our customer service at +49 (0) 7556 8543. We will forward to you a completely filled-out return label. b) For goods which cannot be returned by postal service, but must be dispatched by a carrier, you may exercise your right to revocation by calling our customer service at +49 (0) 7556 8543 or right us an email at www.pfahlbauten.de. We will organize the goods to be picked for return delivery. In order to avoid damaging of the goods to be returned, we recommend using the original packaging. Using the original packaging will reduce the risk of damaging the goods. With the above recommendations for a convenient return of the goods, we expressly state that we are not liable for any risks or damages resulting during transit. If you select not to follow the above instructions, we will be liable for return delivery charges up to the lowest amount. Your legal rights are not affected by these recommendations. |
